2. Account Creation & Usage
2.1 Eligibility

2.3 Account Termination

3.1 Order Placement & Confirmation
- When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion, including:
- Out-of-stock items (we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund if payment was processed).
- Pricing errors (we will correct the price and notify you to approve the change or cancel the order).
- Suspicious or fraudulent orders (e.g., invalid payment methods, fake shipping addresses).
- An order is “confirmed” only when we send a shipping confirmation email (with tracking number) to your registered email. Initial order receipts (sent immediately after checkout) are not confirmation of acceptance—they only acknowledge we received your order.
3.2 Pricing & Taxes
- Product prices are listed in USD and exclude sales tax, which is applied based on your shipping address (in compliance with US state and local tax laws).
- We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time (without prior notice), but changes will not affect orders already confirmed via shipping confirmation.

3.3 Payment Terms

- Pre-Confirmation: You may modify or cancel an order only before receiving the shipping confirmation email. Contact us immediately—we cannot guarantee changes if order processing (e.g., packaging, inspection) has already begun.
- Post-Confirmation: No cancellations, modifications, or changes to orders after shipping confirmation (except as permitted under our Return & Exchange Policy). Forced cancellations (post-confirmation) incur a 8% restocking fee (covers packaging, processing, and restocking costs for non-defective Products).
4. Products & Specifications
4.1 Product Descriptions & Quality
- We strive to provide accurate Product descriptions (materials, dimensions, features, care instructions) on our Shopify store. Product images are for illustrative purposes only—minor variations (e.g., color shades, bristle density, or towel texture) may occur due to production batches or monitor display settings.
- All Products undergo pre-shipping inspection to ensure quality (e.g., no loose broom bristles, damaged mop handles, or torn towel edges). If you receive a defective Product, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for resolution.
4.2 Product Use & Safety
- Our Products are designed for household and personal use (e.g., cleaning floors, washing cars). Do not use them for commercial, industrial, or unintended purposes (e.g., using a rubber broom to clean heavy machinery, or a car wash mop on abrasive surfaces).
- Follow care instructions provided with each Product (e.g., machine-wash towels on gentle cycle, avoid harsh chemicals on rubber brooms) to prevent damage. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care guidelines.
- Keep Products out of reach of children—rubber broom handles and mop poles may pose a choking or injury hazard for small children.
4.3 Product Availability
- We make every effort to maintain stock of our Products, but availability is subject to change. If a Product is backordered, we will notify you at checkout with an estimated restock date (typically 7–14 business days). You may choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order for a full refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which outlines coverage, timelines, packaging, tracking, and delivery requirements. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the Shipping Policy.
- Address Responsibility: Provide a valid physical address (PO boxes are not accepted for standard deliveries). We are not liable for delays, lost/damaged items, or additional fees ($10 re-shipping fee) due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
- Signature Requirements: Signature confirmation may be required for orders over $100 or expedited shipping (see Shipping Policy). If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice—failure to claim the package may result in return to us, with restocking and shipping fees applied.
6. Returns & Exchanges

- 30-day return window for unused, unopened Products in original packaging.
- 15-day exchange window for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (photos/videos required for verification).
- Restocking fees (8% for non-defective returns; no fee for defective/incorrect items).
- We cover return shipping for defective/damaged/incorrect items; you pay return shipping for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size).
- Ineligible items: Used Products (e.g., washed towels, worn broom bristles), items without original packaging/tags, or Products damaged from misuse.
7. Liability & Disclaimers

- Damages exceeding the purchase price of the Product(s) in question.
7.2 Disclaimers
- Products are sold “as is” (except for manufacturing defects covered by our Return & Exchange Policy). We disclaim all implied warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, available 24/7, or free of viruses/malware. You use the site at your own risk and are responsible for protecting your device with antivirus software.

- Mediation: If negotiation fails, both parties agree to participate in mediation (conducted in Byram, MS) before pursuing legal action.
- Legal Action: If mediation fails, disputes may be filed in the Circuit Court of Hinds County, Mississippi, or the nearest federal court (for claims exceeding $75,000). You waive the right to class action lawsuits or jury trials for any disputes related to these Terms.
