1. Shipping Coverage & Eligibility

We ship exclusively to the United States (contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Currently, we do not offer international shipping (excluding Puerto Rico). To qualify for shipping:
  • Provide a valid physical address (PO boxes are not accepted for standard deliveries, as signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders).
  • For remote regions (e.g., rural Alaska, outer Hawaiian Islands, or mountainous areas), additional delivery time may apply—check checkout for real-time estimates.
  • All orders must be placed through our Shopify store; we do not process phone/email orders for shipping.

2. Fulfillment & Processing Times

All cleaning tools are dispatched from our facility at 822 EAGLES NEST DR, BYRAM, MS 39272, with meticulous attention to quality and packaging:
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day). This includes:
    • Inspecting products for defects (e.g., loose broom bristles, damaged mop handles, or torn towel edges).
    • Securely packaging items to prevent transit damage.
    • Verifying order details (shipping address, product type, quantity) to avoid errors.
  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an immediate email receipt after checkout. A separate shipping confirmation email (with tracking number) will be sent once your package leaves our facility.

3. Delivery Options & Timelines

We partner with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure reliable delivery. Choose from two shipping options at checkout, tailored to your needs:

4. Packaging & Protection

Your cleaning tools are packed to withstand transit and arrive in perfect condition:
  • Rubber Brooms: Wrapped in bubble wrap, with the handle secured to prevent bending; placed in rigid cardboard boxes with reinforced corners.
  • Car Wash Mops: Detachable heads are wrapped separately; extendable handles are collapsed and padded to avoid scratches or breaks.
  • Car Wash Towels: Folded neatly, sealed in moisture-resistant plastic bags, and placed in padded envelopes or small boxes (for bulk orders) to prevent tearing or staining.
  • All packages include a packing slip with your order details—keep this for returns/exchanges if needed.

5. Shipping Fees & Discounts

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Free for contiguous US orders over $50 (automatically applied at checkout).
    • $5.99 flat rate for contiguous US orders under $50.
    • $14.99 flat rate for Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico (regardless of order value).
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • $12.99 flat rate for contiguous US orders.
    • $24.99 flat rate for Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico.

  • No Hidden Fees: All fees include handling, packaging, insurance, and tracking—there are no surprise surcharges at checkout.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (linked directly to the carrier’s website). You can also track your order by:
  • Logging into your washtoola.com account and navigating to “My Orders.”
  • Using the “Track Order” tool on our homepage (enter your order number and email address).
  • Contacting our support team—we monitor shipments daily and can provide updates if tracking is delayed.
Tracking information is updated in real time by the carrier, including:
  • Departure from our Byram facility.
  • Transit stops and estimated delivery date.
  • Delivery confirmation (with signature, if required).

7. Delivery Requirements & Signature

  • Signature Confirmation: Required for expedited shipping orders and standard orders over $100 (to prevent theft or misdelivery). If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions to reschedule or pick up the package from a local facility.
  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses may cause:
    • Delays (3-5 additional business days).
    • Returned packages (we’ll contact you to correct the address, and a $10 re-shipping fee will apply).
    • Lost packages (we are not liable for lost items due to incorrect addresses).

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

We take great care in packaging, but if issues arise, we’re here to help:
  • Damaged Items: Inspect your package and tools immediately upon delivery. Note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take clear photos (package exterior, damaged product, and shipping label).
